The Northern California Chapter of ARCS Foundation, Inc. ("ARCS NCC") has invited a small number of distinguished Bay Area business leaders to join its Leadership Advisory Council. The purpose of the Council is to draw on its expertise to advance ARCS Foundation's mission of re-establishing America’s leadership in science. This is accomplished by funding academically outstanding U.S. citizens completing graduate degrees in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medical research.
The ARCS NCC Leadership Advisory Council helps to leverage a highly successful program by:
ARCS NCC Leadership Advisory Council commitment includes meeting twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall attending the ARCS Scholar Awards Celebration in San Francisco. The Council performs advisory but not fiduciary or legal duties.
