Establish a Named Scholar Award

Advancing Science and Opening Doors to Scientific Achievement

Every year companies, foundations and individuals choose to fund a designated (named) ARCS Scholar Award.

A $10,000 gift establishes a designated Scholar Award for one academic year.  A designated Scholar Award can be shared by pooling donations from two donors.

Reasons to designate a Scholar Award

  • To recognize a company or a group, or to honor someone special
  • To establish a direct connection with a scholar
  • To increase the greater Bay Area’s innovativeness and competitiveness by attracting and retaining top scholars to the region and supporting leading research faculty professors to assemble the best research teams
